Our team

Tom Gilbert

Tom is the newest member of staff here at Solutions 4 Feet, but by no means new to ski the industry. After studying Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Roehampton, he managed the Ski Department at Two Seasons in Kingston. Having got a taste of what the Ski Industry had to offer, Tom then spent the next four years working in ski resorts in Australia and Canada. Over this period, he completed multiple boot fitting courses with Sidas, honing his knowledge and skillset.

In 2021, having retired from the seasonaire lifestyle, he joined the boot fitting team at Ski Bartlett in West London, where he spent 5 years fitting boots for people of all abilities. From adult beginners buying their first pair of boots, to advance racers representing the Army and Navy race teams.

Tom is someone that has a passion for skiing (and snowboarding!) who feels his role is to help people with their boots so they can be as excited to go away as he is.
