Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.


We accept credit card payment via paypal or you can call us up if you would rather pay over the phone. 
You may send your credit card information via phone, mail or over the Internet via paypal.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us and you in case of problems with supply of goods, in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
 
Shipping And Handling Goods are sent by first class post for small items and by courier for larger ones.  We only ship items to UK mainland addresses, and a signature will be required for all deliveries.
 

Delivery Schedule Everything shown on our web-site was in stock a few hours ago. We will normally send your order to you within 3 business days, and where possible quicker than that. If an item goes out of stock between us updating the stock and your order we will contact you to offer an alternative, an expected delivery date of the same product or a refund if any funds have been transferred.

Tax Charges 20% VAT is included in the prices shown.
 
Guarantee We want you to be happy with your purchase. All of our products are covered by manufacturers’ warranty in addition to your statutory rights.  Should you have any problems with a product purchased from us, please contact us and we will do our very best to resolve the situation to your complete satisfaction.

Privacy Policy Solutions 4 Feet Ltd. Do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
 

Returns Policy You can return goods unused with all original packaging within 14  days of delivery for a full refund. Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded dependent on the nature of the fault and the age of the product. We will always try to offer the option which suits you. Ski boots which have been modified to you are non returnable (unless due to a manufacturing defect), we will however happily work on boots and carry out whatever modifications are required to achieve a better fit.  It should be noted that comfort of footwear is not covered under the sale of goods act as it is an individual thing which nobody has control over, as stated above we are happy to carry out modifications to footwear where necessary, this is an additional service which we offer to our customers, the law does not require us to offer such a service.   Carriage will not be refunded for returned goods, and will be subject to a minimum charge of whatever the original carriage cost was. This applies to all purchases (whether over £250.00 or otherwise). If the return is a result of our mistake we will refund the carriage costs. All returned goods are the responsibility of the sender until signed for by the Company.
