Zipfit liners area pre-padded liner made form high quality foams and loaded with packs of OM-fit a cork and ceramic clay putty which can flow within the liner to fill voids and dissipate pressure. They are molded initially by heating both the shell and the liner and further molding takes place whilst you ski, the Zipfit range are all dynamic molding liners and the more you ski the better they get. Zipfit can be moved from shell to shell, the liners can be topped up by adding additional OM-fit material, and if cared for properly have an average lifespan of 400-500 days skiing (that's 3-4 times more than a stock liner)
PU Foam injection
Pu foam injection liners come in many forms, at Solutions 4 Feet we have opted to work with the new comfort flex liners form Conformable, these liners break all the rules when it comes to foam liner and pain..... in the past this type of liner was very tight, and offered a strangle hold around the foot, the new flex versions can offer the same precise shape around the foot BUT they are designed to give a level of comfort previously not associated with an injection liner. (of course if you want the strangle hold fit we can order in a more aggressive fitting traditional foam liner for you) Foam liners are great fro the lumpy bumpy feet or low volume ankles where hold is difficult to achieve with stock liners.
We offer a range of thermo fit liners from Palau, these offer a warm fitting solution for people with sensitive feet and can also provide extra volume to accommodate large ankles/calves. the process involves heating the liner until it becomes very soft and pliable it is then stretched over the foot (and any protective padding which has been added) and then inserted into the shell, the fit is formed by compression of the liner foam between the foot and the shell.
